Twist caps are excellent oxygen barriers that assure longer shelf life for hot, cold and aseptic filling. It is also ideal for products that require pasteurization and sterilization process. Combined with excellent print artworks from our CTP technology, the Cap Line can assure quality closures to customers with high expectation.

 

Capex is equipped with latest German made Press, Cap Forming and Lining machines capable of producing up to 1000 cpm. Our product range of tinplates closures includes Regular, Deep, Stepped and Flutted profiles either with or without safety buttons. A dedicated line also produces 65mm Aluminum press-on caps, which is ideal for cheese products. All lines have high speed video inspection units to assure product conformance to quality and functionality.
